Newest, biggest, best location yet opening soon, this is a full fitness facility!!!

All the newest equipment, machines, free weights, cross training, and as always all of our usual martial art combat classes. This facility will be for people looking for a new clean gym to workout at or for people looking for our self-defense programs or both, this is a one stop shop. We will have an outdoor custom made sauna coming in the spring, but guess what we’re not done yet… if you’ve heard the rumors, we also will have the largest and best paintball range in North Carolina accompanied by outdoor obstacle courses and real life tactical training. All self-defense styles offered as well as a full fitness facility for everyday gym goers, plus all the outdoor entertainment activities in one compound! This facility will be for all ages, activity levels, and interests.

The new compound will be located roughly 3 1/2 miles away from our current location. It’s located right on highway NC-16 right about at the Wilkesboro / Miller’s Creek line. If you’re coming from our old location, head west on 421, make a right at the new Sheetz gas station heading towards Miller’s Creek and we are exactly .4 miles on the left. Address will be 943 NC-16, Wilkesboro, NC 28697.
